Chalet I. – romance in the Krkonoše Mountains

The chalet I. offers a romance in a rustic mountain chalet with period furnishings. It is more suitable for families or groups of visitors, who wish to enjoy privacy and quite.

The chalet consists of a stylish sitting room with kitchen and tiled stove on which you would cook, sitting or lying space "behind the tiled stove" and a large wooden table with benches. The bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms are located on the ground floor - one bedroom has two beds and the second one offers two beds. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with 2 beds + extra bed. The capacity of the rented part of the chalet is maximum 7 persons.

Financial conditions 

  • After paying the deposit from the price of the stay, the reservation is considered binding. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to account number 8291731618/6100.
  • Due to historical equipment in the chalet I. the refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 is required. The deposit will be refunded at departure after the takeover of the chalet.
  • In case of reservation for 2 weeks or more we offer a price reduction of 10%.
  • Part of the lease are amenities such as bedding, towels and toiletries, energy, water and heating. The fee for final cleaning and disposal of the property is charged CZK 700 per stay.

Pricing includes:

Chalet "Pod Skalou I." is a stylish mountain cottage on the slope of Hromovka hill in Paseky nad Jizerou. It is quietly located. About 50 meters is the cottage "Pod Skalou II" which is part of the land with its own facilities and access. The cottage is located on a sloping, partly terraced plot with a mountain-maintained garden with a wooden terrace, garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace in a stone wall providing privacy. There is an outdoor seating pool in the garden, which can be used by both cottages in the summer. /Now it is not possible to use/

Because of the historical equipment of the cottage Pod Skalou I there is not possible a rent witht a domestic animal. In case of renting with a pet, it is possible to use the cottage Pod Skalou II.

The furnishing of the chalet and its interior is historical, period from the 19th / 20th century, providing a period atmosphere at the expense of comfort and comfort (suitable for lovers of old times). The method of heating in the room is provide by a tiled stove on which it is cooked, with a heat exchanger and a distribution to the heating elements in the rooms combined with an electric boiler for tempering. Every room has wood stoves. For a cooking you can use also a 4-ring cooker. Heating of hot water is provided by an electric boiler with a capacity of 120l. The kitchen also has a microwave, kettle, fridge and all cooking facilities. A washing machine is also available. If you need more informations, please contact us.
